S2 E20 Gastric Bypass Diet

Gastric Bypass Diet

This diet is often recommended for those who go through Gastric Bypass Surgery. But what lessons can we learn from it? Gastric Bypass Surgery is buying will power at a surgical price, but it may be a good idea for some depending on your BMI and other factors for which you should consult your doctor.

However, here we look at the merits of the diet and at how those who do not need the surgery can adapt it to their possible weight loss strategy. But either way consult your doctor.

1. Never skip a meal

2. Eat only solid foods
3. Do the liquid 20/20
